Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges, please contact us promptly after delivery.
